Common questions

I can't log in. What do I do?

First, make sure you're using the email address we set your account up with. If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and follow the email link.

If that doesn't work, email us at vaccarofit@gmail.com and we'll reset it manually.

Can anyone sign up for the app?

VF Method is a coaching app, not a self-serve product. Accounts are created for clients working with Marc, after the coaching relationship is set up.

How does billing work?

Coaching is billed separately from the app — typically via Stripe, set up during your onboarding. The app itself is free for active clients. There's no subscription inside the app.

To update payment details or pause/cancel coaching, email vaccarofit@gmail.com.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email vaccarofit@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and the email address you use to log in. We'll confirm receipt, then remove your account and data from our active systems within 30 days.

What is Atlas? Is the AI my coach?

Atlas is the in-app AI assistant. It's helpful for the in-betweens — restaurant choices, what to eat while traveling, recipe ideas — and it has access to your current plan so the answers are relevant to you.

Atlas is not your coach. Marc is. For anything beyond quick logistical questions — injuries, program changes, training concerns — message Marc directly in the app.

Does the app work without a connection?

Most logging works offline and syncs when you're back online. The AI assistant (Atlas), messages with your coach, and food search require a connection.

Will the app sync with my Apple Watch / HealthKit?

Optional HealthKit integration is on the roadmap so your training and recovery data can flow both ways. We'll ask for your permission before reading or writing anything.

Where's my data stored?

Your data lives in Supabase (our database provider), hosted in the United States. It's encrypted in transit and at rest. The only people with access are Marc and the systems that run the app.
